Greetings, people of the internet! I'm Addin. Here, I like to go by my internet persona, Cadevue Rex. I'm currently working as a security software engineer. I have experience in building security products like EDR sensors (Windows & Linux), SOC platforms, and, more recently, a Cyber Reasoning System (CRS).

These days, I've been realizing how fast things are changing. AI has been doing parts of my job better than I'd like to admit, and my role has become more about designing the architecture of security systems and reviewing AI-written code than writing it myself. Like it or not, I think AI is going to be at the core of pretty much everything we build from now on.

That's why, away from work (and to heal my existential crisis), I'm looking to work on the stuff that matters most in that future. In my opinion, those are robotics and AI security. I write about all of it here on this website, mostly for myself, but hopefully it's useful for someone else too who's figuring out their place in the AI era.

For now, this website is still pretty empty, but I'm planning to fill it slowly with my notes along the way. Short-term, I'm working on getting the CPTS certification. After that, the plan is to make my way into AI security and robotics. Let's see how it goes!
